The above mentioned plot cost will be valid for 2months from the end of the scheme. After that members have to pay the revised rate.
Note: Super Bumper Incentive will be given to the winners in the 5th Month. The Incentive of all taxes, duties, levies, surcharges, T.D.S. etc., which as applicable shall be borne by the members at the time of receiving the incentive
